I’m Luc Gerrits, currently Ph.D. candidate in the Electronics, Antennas and Telecommunications Laboratory (LEAT) in Sophia Antipolis (CNRS – UMR n°7248).
I’m part of the EDGE team and Smart IoT for Mobility ANR project, working on the thesis subject “IoT architecture for dApp and DAO blockchains” under the direction of Prof. François Verdier.
I’m also a teaching assistant for the electronics department for Basics of Digital Electronics, Practical Application on IoTs, RTOS system and SystemC-TLM hardware modeling.
I graduated with a master’s “Electronics, Systems, and Telecommunications” in 2020 from Université Côte-d’Azur.
Research interests: Embedded systems, IoT, Blockchain, Smart contracts, Decentralized architectures, Interoperability.
